We purchased this vehicle tracker for an elderly family member's car after an incident of them getting lost. Previously we had been using apple air tags, but found that they did not update the location reliably enough when we were actually faced with needing to intercept them. This tracker has been a life saver (literally and figuratively). Setting it up was relatively smooth – not foolproof, but for someone who is relatively tech savvy it shouldn't be much trouble. There are a 1 or 2 spots in the set up process where you should wait ~30min before moving on to the next step. If you move on immediately, it may seem that it works, but you'll be prompted again sometime later that day to repeat the step. This was mildly annoying, but really was not much trouble for us. We ended up placing the tracker in the glove compartment (so perhaps we could've bought a cheaper cube model that's not as magnetic and durable). It has worked perfectly so far. We've been using the tracker for a month with the reporting interval set to 1 minute and the battery is still at 100%. The car has not moved much, and we haven't needed to use the live tracking feature outside of our initial testing, but I think it still being at 100% is a good indicator that the battery life on this thing is great. The location history feature was an unexpected gamechanger. Now we're able to understand fully how often this family member is driving, and can see if they took some "extra laps" getting lost along the way. This data will be very helpful to us as we continue on our way to getting our family member off the road entirely. If you are trying to keep tabs on an elderly family member, I highly recommend cube. The improved tracking (as compared to air tags or tiles) is well worth the $20 a month cellular fee.

Overall I really like this gps tracker, but I'll start off with why I took one star off. Its a tad bulky, about the size of two large cellphones in cases put together, for reference. They also recommend to not place it inside a metal cavity, not to place it in the engine bay, and to make sure and place the gps tracker facing up. This makes finding a location on a vehicle very tricky, especially if you want to hide it really well. To me this makes the very strong magnets useless and in the way. They make up about half the thickness of this tracker. I couldnt find a spot on any of my vehicles that met the recommended mounting requirements. They make smaller trackers, I'm thinking this size would be better for construction equipment, trailers, RV's etc. I also think they should leave the name/logo off the device. As soon as its spotted by a bad guy, I'm sure it would get tossed. Beyond all that, its easy to set up, plans are $19.95 a month or $198 annualy. The app was very simple to opperate. Location is easy to find in the app as well. You can also set up boundries, it keeps a travel log, you can also share with friends or family your location. Battery life at idle is 1 year. The best part, and rare these days is a lifetime warranty.

Nicely built and works well. Comes with USB charger that will initially require several hours to charge but will be good to go after that. The app is well designed and self explanatory and the very easy to use. Customer service available via messages through the app, will reply in a matter of minutes within regular business hours. The device is very compact and sturdy, and comes with very powerful magnets that will attach on any flat metal surface.

Very accurate! Works amazingly, just follow prompts to set up. Might need to charge it for a day to be full battery. Also to note the battery life isn’t for a year I don’t think but it is long lasting been using for 2 weeks and it’s only at 85% I will highly recommended to get!

This has to be the best GPS tracker on the market. It allows me to pinpoint where my vehicles are whenever I need to check there location. I highly recommend this tracker for whatever you may need it for. It is worth every penny!!!

Very good product. Only problem I had was buying it a week before they went on sale. The magnetic holds very well all 3 have remained in place even tho one is on a work truck on work sites most of time. Also setting up the safe space is a great call for saving battery. I noticed if you don’t set up throughout the night since the gps hits and misses it’ll be over a few feet this way or that way making the battery work that much more so better to have it go in to sleep when it arrives back in the yard. If you have it hard wired it won’t matter but I’m forgetful and always short on time so getting a few extra days out of a charge is a big help. I do wish they had a bundle plan tho making it more affordable for those with fleet vehicles and hopefully that happens because I’d love to do the rest of my fleet with these. Overall it’s been a good product as far as set up, dependability durability and cost. I’ve had for two months and hopefully this will be my only review

Battery is amazing. And location is on point. Also has a very strong magnet. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in purchasing a gps tracker. This one is the best to date that I have used.

I got the Cube Pro and it’s a great product. It’s slim and has the shape of a smartphone. Directions are simple and straightforward. I am charging it and looking forward to using it. I think the price is really good because its battery is suppose to last a long time before needing to be recharged.

I purchased the cube about a week ago to put on my truck to keep track of my new teen driver. So far it has been great for that. It is reliable and has been very accurate. I also like that the speed can be seen so I can make sure he’s obeying the laws. It’s a relief knowing where he is and if he is driving responsibly.

As there has been an increase in vehicle thefts in our city/state, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to test and review the CUBE GPS Pro tracker. It is a solid, very well-built device that attaches magnetically to any steel area on a car, truck, trailer, tractor or other unit you want to protect from theft or unauthorized use. After unboxing the CUBE GPS Pro, I downloaded the CUBE tracker application for my Apple iPhone and set up an account with CUBE. (Monthly or annual plans are available from CUBE at a fair price.) Once the tracker was fully charged using the USB-C cord that came with the device, I turned it on and paired it to my phone, then activated it on CUBE's system by pushing a button on the unit. I received several emails from CUBE notifying me that the device was now active and ready to use. The CUBE GPS Pro uses US based cellular systems to track the device and report its location. Historical data is available using the CUBE tracker apoplication. Anyone carrying the deevice on their person can send a a preset SOS message to family/friends by pushing the button on the CUBE tracker. You can also set up a virtual fence that will notify you when the tracker enters or leaves a location. The battery on the CUBE GPS Pro is rated for 120 hours of active use and 2 years of standby. Reporting frequency (1-10 minute settings) will determine how long the battery charge lasts. Reporting intervals of 10 minutes is longest; 1 minute reporting is shortest battery life. When taking the CUBE tracker on a flight, the device can be put in FLY mode to stop reporting until the tracker Fly Mode is turned off. Also, safe places/zones can be set up using a Wi-Fi network where the tracker stays often (home, work, etc.) When the tracker is in a safe place/zone, power saving mode will turn on to preserve battery life. The CUBE GPS Tracker is an excellent device with well thought out/designed software making it a versatile solution for keeping track of your valuable items. I highly recommend it to you!

Very easy to use. the app it flawless. The gps positioning is accurate. The magnet on the back is extremely powerful so watch your fingers.

I really do recommend this cube tracker, it works so great, you can see where the tracker goes every minute, the time and date. You can see where exactly the tracker is on the map.

I have been using Cube for years now and I love it, the live tracking is on point and it holds a charge forever and subscription is really cheap. I'll always continue to use Cube.

I purchased this and have had it for almost a month. It works really well and accurate. Battery life is not even close to being half way for it being used for almost a month. Super easy to set up. The app is easy as well. I highly recommend it.

This was a life saver! Our horse trailer was stolen, but thanks to CUBE, it was quickly recovered. We did have an airtag as well, however the thief had quickly found and disabled however they were not aware of the CUBE thar was placed under the trailer. We were able to track it to precise locations. Even more impressive is the battery life and magnet. The trailer went down msny unpaved roads and held stong.

Excellent product can be tracked on your smartphone or PC. Once charged via micro-USB charging cord (supplied) its internal battery lasts up to a full year. Very discreet design facilitates easy and clandestine tracking of just about anything. Installs in seconds and is up and running in a few minutes. I highly recommend this total GPS tracking solution for personal use. It does require a monthly (or annual) subscription but don't let that dissuade you. It is only a nominal charge, and boy is it worth it to have a dedicated app instead of relying on Google Maps (or other) which would get confusing and come with zero support. Plus you get the first month free (after $2 registration fee) giving you a full 30 days to use all its features (geo-fencing, etc.) before spending the first cent on a subscription (and during which you can return for a full refund). But you won't be returning because you'll be delighted just as I am.

Best tracker we have purchased. We worry about caregivers driving our children. This tracker fits easily into the back of a car seat. It doesn’t have to be charged weekly or monthly and can withstand cold climates. It’s very accurate. For worried parents, this is the best car tracker we have found!

I bought this last minute for Turo, I have been using bouncie buy was worried about it being unplugged. This works great, love the long battery and strong magnet.

This product works really well. I’ve noticed sometimes it doesn’t refresh even while the vehicle is moving but overall it does what it is supposed to do and helps me tremendously.
