    If there was -5 this is how it would be rated. The cube lasted one month then issues. There is no support but a runaround with Jason in other end of messsging only which can take days. Support instructed to do certain things which didn’t work while telling me they see device on their end Jan 20. Today telling me total opposite and still can’t answer questions other than find device. And telling me that I moved it and now they can’t see it. Buyer BEWAre. Doesn’t work and total nightmare trying to get support which only occurs occasionally during hours they advertise.

    I bought this device because i was shipping my car to a performance shop out of state. The tracker worked until they got 10miles from my house then it kept showing the car sitting in front of my house. My car was gone for a total of 3 weeks and i couldnt track it at all. Complete waste of money. They then brought my car all the way back home and it showed my car in a complete different area. I would not recommend.

    This product only has worked correctly for a brief period when i first got it. Since then it will not work at all i got the monthly subscription and make sure its turned on and connected to my phone and still it will not appear on the map. It continue to say gps services unavailible. I dont understand what is wrong with it maybe i got a defective one who knows.
