    I was going to use the product but when I realized it costed as much as half a year of a YMCA membership I realized it is not worth the money.

    It does what it says, however, it's very heavy. I expect that they do that to keep it from moving across the floor which it does have a a habit of doing. The pictures that they show with somebody working and using this thing are ridiculous. Overall, it's an okay product. I took mine back and returned it.
