Really like my new purchase. This is my first microwave/convection oven. I didn´t realize when I purchased it that it would get very hot. It makes sense, but, being my first time use I wasn´t expecting it. The heat it gives off makes my Husband a little nervous, so I probably won´t use the oven part very much. I do really like the microwave though; and I am glad to have the flexibility there when needed.

Lives up to performance claims in minimizing cooking/food odors. Easy to clean. May need to adjust cooking times as am finding that this microwave takes slightly more time than recommended times on food packaging.

It states it can fit a normal size chicken, yes, but turkey, heck no. I wish it was bigger, is a nice microwave, but still a little loss on grill and convection oven; a little over priced for me.

With all the things it can do would be nice to have a clearer control panel. We've had it for a month, but haven't used all the options, in part due to the fact that there is a substantial operating manual. But I'm sure in time, we'll take the time and get the use from it that was a large part of our buying decision.

Does everything I need it to do & probably more than I have used it for so far. Excellent for reheating.

This is a great product. Not only do I own one, but I purcgased this one for a friend.

This unit has so many features that I haven't explored yet. I have been intimidated to try actual grilling or baking. As I explore I am pleased with the results and laugh at my timidity. I suspect that I will like more and more as I take the time to experiment.

This is a awesome product for those who are cooking in an apartment setting or even a home. It allows you to use various cooking techniques when you are not looking to cook a huge meal. It saves energy compared to heating up your oven. In the summer I like not having to cause any un wanted heat by my huge oven, so this is a great alternative. Overall, the fact that you can do so much with this machine, it is worth it! As a professional chef I would recommend this product to anyone.

Works well but takes long to cook in the convection oven. Made cookies and instead of 6-10 min it was 14 min per batch.

Love that this product eliminated the need for both a microwave and toaster oven. Only thing is, it is MUCH bigger than either of my old products so it takes a bit more room than just a microwave. Works well, heats evenly, lots of functions. The only negative I found is that when using the oven function, you have to wait for it to warm up to temp before you can set the timer.

Love the stainless steel look and fits perfectly on my counter. The added bonus of the convection oven is so convenient.

We have just started using this oven so it is hard to judge reliability and other factors. It does work and so far my wife has been pleased with the product. As previously indicated the convection warm up period is slow, but as others have noted, you just need to put the food in as it is warming up.

I've used it a few different ways now and the Convection doesn't seem to work very good to me although I have never even used a convection oven so I don't know HOW they are supposed to work. Basically I can use my regular oven and get same or better results in same time if you use "preheat." The microwave part works as well as my old micro did, so no complaints there. It does look good, which I confess, is mostly the reason I bought it, because I don't really cook. I use micro's mostly to heat water fast, soften butter, start a baked potato etc., so this works fine for me but others who ARE looking for a good convection or micro may not want to go the combo route.

Overall, this a good product but I wish I could have bought one for over the range instead to save space. It warms food and drinks pretty evenly and although I have not tried the convection feature yet, I think it will work just fine. It is very noisy when the cook time is complete and that is annoying at times but other than that, I think I would recommend it to others.
