This means longer cooking time - at an unknown longer period because recipes are based on 1000 or higher. I don't thinkm I have any recourse. Also, the keypad is so tiny a person with

Exceeded my expectations!

I wish they had these while I was in college and an apartment dweller! And the combo controls are easy to use, cutting grilling or baking time way down since it can microwave @ the same time as well!

Should have bought the GE

When you set the clock, if you open the door it's sets back to zero. If you set the microwave to cook for five minutes and open the door after 2 minutes, it sets back to zero. If you set the clock and don't touch it, by the morning it sets back to zero. They company offered to repair it if I pay the shipping both ways. The display is black letters on a grey background so it is not that easy to see. It is also a little bit complicated.

Poorly designed and badly made

It is poorly designed and breaks down quickly. The heating element for convection is extrememely weak. The oven light went out after a couple of years - cannot be replaced by owner, would have to pay more to replace light bulb than price of new unit. Third strike was badly designed door lever breaks soon too - then you can't operate the microwave unless you leave door open when not in use - otherwise a motor runs and overheats. Overpriced piece of junk.
