Heavy duty, what a bargain

I didn't expect much but it's Cuisinart, i was filling myself. The stainless is very heavy and feels good in the hand. Well balanced. It appears to heat evenly and quickly. Now if i could just figure out the proper way to use the skillet so things don't stick i will be in heaven.

Don’t buy this set. Quality cookware costs!

Even with low temperatures and non-stick spray, FOOD WILL STICK. The large pot has physical pitting and no abrasive scrubbers or utensils have been used. I’m going to contact cuisines to and see if they will replace it. All of the pieces have discolored after the first use and has never appeared the same. This was a waste of money. I’m going to unwillingly use this set for a few more months and spend the $400+ on a decent quality set that will last.

If you're not careful with pasta sauce, it may stick if left unattended too long.
