This would be our 3rd Cuisinart. Loved the brand. Things we disliked. Filter clogged, overflowed, and lots of grounds were in pot in 2 of 3 pots made. Used 4 scoops of normal Dunkin drip preground coffee. Carafe dribbles water when pouring in. Coffee tank opening has many obstacles making it splash out. It uses special filters. The filter basket can not be set down for filling with coffee. The carafe lid snaps in place instead of hinging. We did not get to try the Pod side before we gave up on this lemon. Good thing our old coffee maker still works well enough. I am discouraged and don't know what to try next. Promising design with too many shortcomings.

It is awesome.

The filtration in the tank is great. The iced coffee setting works very well. Not overly noisy. It just works as it should which is refreshing in todays day of over complicated technology.
