This is a wonderful non-stick cooking set. I love it! I just moved, so I got this set until I got my own cookware moved in. The price I paid was fabulous as well as the products. I will definitely recommend!

Able to use as intended, yet the pots and pans are a bit small. We needed to buy a larger pot to cook pasta for more than two people and well as a frying pan. Perfect for a family of two

Just like ISP's with their unlimited with limits, this is "Anodized" with limits. How they claim "hard anodized performance" is mind boggling! The only part anodized is the outer layer. It offers no performance other than the chalkboard feel of anodizing. You don't get heat retention nor do you get scratch resistance. You just get an outer layer of useless "electroplating." It's odd, because at $300 retail you'd suspect it would be hard, quality anodizing. On the box in big letters is HARD ANODIZED. It's like calling french fries with ketchup "health food." It's thin plain old aluminum with a dash of anodized aluminum. The literature claims the Quantium is anodized aluminum, aluminum core, and ceramic non-stick. Now my ceramic non-stick was scratch resistant, this stuff isn't. So maybe "ceramic" needs to be in quotes also. I'd go as far as to say dust from their ceramic dept got mixed into the teflon by accident so they called that a feature. That said the non-stick is the best part of the cookware. Being thin and not anodized aluminum, the cookware has poor heat retention and transfer. With cast iron and stainless steel I can brown ground been in 10 min or a little under. With this set I was at 20 min and still waiting for fully cooked ground beef, at setting 8.5 on the stove. Normally I brown at 7. Now, you can argue about the heat up time for cast iron, but I'm so used to using it I always have it heat up while I'm prepping so it's always ready when I am. This weekend I decided to use the set to cook some bulgogi and let it simmer for 40 min. "Simmer" setting works for every pot and pan I have, yet with this set I had to set it to 3 to get a simmer - simmer is 1.5. Cooking with this set will increase your cook time and waste electricity or gas. I would have returned these and gotten a real anodized aluminum set, but then I remember how my wife can't cook or follow cooking instructions and will destroy any set I buy I figured it's best to keep it. One day, when she decides she doesn't want to try to cook anymore, I'll shell out for a nice anodized aluminum set.

Good pans if you know how to properly use them. I got them during a sale that made it over 50% off and I still use them after over a year.

These are some of the best pots and pans I've ever bought. You can tell they are made with quality materials. Wait for a sale because they can be a bit pricey at retail price.

These are terrific pots and pans. Nothing sticks to them that I’ve cooked so far and the spatulas and spoons are very sturdy. Cuisinart never disappoints.

I have only ever had hand me down pots and pans. These were on sale and are great for my first time set of pots and pans.

It's a great 12 pcs to add into your kitchen. The different sizes are great depending on what you would like to prepare. Wish there was a bigger size pot in this set.
