    The mark of good cookware is how it disperses heat. High end cookware does this best but is also very pricey and not worth it to the occasional user. This product is a good item,well made and backed by the Cuisinart name.

    I honestly don't like the stainless cookware. Maybe I don't know how to use them but everything sticks to them. Wife wanted them so here we are. Overall they are good quality, just not for me.
