There’s a learning curve for cooking with stainless steel if you have never used it...definitely cannot use high heat unless you enjoy scrubbing pans. Otherwise, cook & clean according to the directions and you will be pleased.

ok starter set

Remember to wash them first. The only issue I had is with the plastic utensils. They retained a hint of color from the first sauce use. Mine were yellow from a cheese sauce.

With it being steel, they are NOT non-stick, which I knew going into it. They take getting used to as they heat up different than my old set. Highly recommended
