These are the Sharpest knives I have ever owned and the colors are divine

The knives are great. Well made and each one does a specific job along with using them by your choice. Since I got them I have not used any of my professional chef's knives. They are sharp and clean very easily. The protective shield that each fits in are a great safety feature. I purchased a set for my daughter also and she loves them too. I would highly recommend them
