These are very nice knives for the price. They are very sharp and worked well for everyday kitchen use which is what I wanted them for. I have been using them now for awhile and they have not needed sharpening. I like the idea of having them color coded and having protective shields to store them in.

Great value for this amazing knife set....it is everything you can ever need for you kitchen. Multiple varieties and I love the colors.

Great knives, I lovw this set and I finally have options for what I nees to cut. I can cut tomatoes wirhout smashing them and with some strength I can cut through nearly frozen meat.

At Bestbuy sale prices, i find this set well worthwhile. The gift sets I've given, have been appreciated too, yet I give them with a convenient sharpener. (The purchase date shown is simply a new gift-set. The set contains the most essential knives. I use the largest one, and the two smallest ones, the most. They were sharp enough to cut through any vegetable like butter, but dulled after several weeks of frequent use. Yet they regained their full edge with 3 minutes of sharpening. The sheath fully encloses the blade, keeping it safe while portable, if you don't wish to use a knifeblock for storage, or if, like me, this is your backup, all-purpose, knife-set. The colors help differentiate the knives, and helps keep your knife recognizable as yours at the end of a potluck. The paring knife is great for rocking through small veggies for quick, safe, slicing. If I could improve on anything to the set, it'd be by adding a slightly larger paring knife to the set. Highly recommend.

These knives are not only functional, sharp, safe with protective shield and practical - but also add a dash of color to the kitchen when preparing a meal. Obtained during a Deal of the Day - buy would definitely purchase again and buy as a gift for others.

These knives are amazing! The first time I'd seen a best buy advertisement I considered buying the set in black because I wasn't initially a fan of the colorful set and they were a deal of the day for, I believe, half-price. However, I hesitated buying them as I was afraid they'd end up being dull and didn't want to waste $50 once I missed the deal. Months later I went for the weekend to the family lakehouse and was happily surprised to find my in-laws had purchased the multi-colored set. Once I used them I knew I had to have them. Righy away I ordered the colorful set and didn't even mind paying full price because they're well worth it. Low and behold, within a day or so of receiving them I noticed they were deal of the day, again, but this time only $13!!! Best buy refunded me the difference very quickly and without any issue whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with these knives and the colors are pretty and actually very helpful to quickly grab the one you need instead of pulling out every single one from the drawer!

These are always a hit. Buy them for everyone. Very sharp, beautiful colors, and don’t dull quickly like my other knives. Would recommend
