    Nice Fairly sharp but I like my knifes razor sharp. So with my Presto Ever Sharp Electric Knife Sharpener I can either grind sharpen then fine hone the knife edges. I did not have to grind sharpen just a simple 2 swipe hone and Presto gave these knives a razor-sharp edge that I like. What I really like is the color for visual knife recognition. Plastic sheaths maybe useful if you have small children but to me if you put them on wet you could cause dulling or even metal degradation. 100% better than the wmart color knifes I have seen.

    All in all a good set of knives for the cook of the household. They are a bit light in weight than what I prefer but all around I am very happy with this buy. Slicing and deboning is quite easy and the finish prevents meat from sticking to the blades. I give them 8 of 10 stars altogether and recommend their use.
