I was thinly slicing a brisket which is normally quite a chore and the knife went through like butter slicing into my finger! Operator error obviously, I was surprised how well they work!

These knives are so great that they are all I use now. My fiance used one to cut a box for and said that it cut just like butter

High quality knives

Wish there were more of the shorter-blade knives in the set, and not as many long/heavy ones, but still worth what we paid and quickly becoming the favorite knives.
