They hold their edge well, and sharpen easily. They're VERY VERY SHARP OUT OF THE BOX. They are excellent for slicing tomatoes to beef ribs.

Normally $ 50 but for $ 10 on a deal of the day, I bought 3. Spares for when they wear out, or a great party or other kind of gift without breaking the bank. Well worth the money.

New Cuisinart knife set

She had said these knives looked nice and brand was a well known company if problem arise. Super sharp and each is a different color. Comes with nice color matching sleeve for each knife. Molded handle has nice grip when held in your hand. Time will tell how they hold up during food prep. Also saved some cash as Best Buy had them on one of the deals of the day!

Colored coating does begin to chip after a year or so of use. Did notice that the very tip of the chef's knife broke off after around a year as well.
