Great Set of Knives when on Sale

One set was a gift to some family and they loved it. My wife and I do have a set of German knives as well, but we like to use these quite regularly as well. They are sharp and color-coding makes it easy to distinguish what you need.

Cuisinart knife set

They are VERY sharp, indeed!! I sliced a 1/2 dime-sized piece of my thumb off when unpacking the knives, soooo BE CAREFUL when taking the lg chef knife out of the packaging! The different types (as in most sets) are great & they are coated, which makes them extremely easy to clean & your food doesn't stick to them. The cover sleeves are GREAT to keep them organized, but most importantly, keeps them sharp & in top top shape. My chief complaint...actually just a lil nuisance; BUT IS given in the description BEFORE purchasing, is that they MUST be hand washed...NO dishwasher. Other than that, I would highly recommend these knives & would purchase again.
