Sharp but wears out fast

If the metal quality was good, there wouldn’t be a reason to cover it up. While it’s too late and not worth the effort to return, I wouldn’t purchase them again for this reason.

I bought a set for our own use and several more as Christmas gifts. They are sharp right out of the box and the color coding makes it easy to identify which knife is which at a glance in the drawer.
