I bought these on a Black Friday Deal. All my kitchen knives are hand-me-downs from my mom, so as a 40 year old adult, I decided it was time to actually purchase my own set of knives. I'm vegetarian, so there's not a whole lot of difference in what I cut up. But holy crap, I'd have cried all on my own when I cut through an onion like it was nothing. Previous knives always twisted and veered towards flesh, inanimate carnivores that they are. I like that they each have their own case, as I don't have any decent place to house them other than a drawer. I didn't buy for the colors, but they do brighten the kitchen. And they're incredibly hard to misplace.

Beautiful to look at and use. Sharp!! Watch carefully when using, easily cuts everything! Love that each has a blade cover. Would make excellent gift. Each knife is coated, don't cut lemon or limes seems to effect the coating.

Love, love, love the vibrant colors. These are very sharp and cut nicely. Fit easily into their blade cases. I purchased 2 sets since they were nicely priced as a deal of the day item. I haven’t had a need to sharpen them yet since I just purchased these a few weeks ago. My only concern is how the color holds up to sharpening of the blade.

These knives appealed to me initially because of the price. They are a good value. I like the bright colors, because it’s easy to see the knives when they’re sitting with other dishes. Also, the different sizes ensure I have a knife for every type of cooking. Actually purchased 2nd set for a gift for my mother

I had my eye on this set of knives for quite some time but they also sold out before I could purchase them whenever they went on sale so I was quite happy to catch them this time. They are sharp and work great and I love having the sleeve to place over them to protect them.

The Cuisinart 12 piece colored metallic knife set with guard is very sharp and does a great job cutting and I love the guard that goes over the blade when you finished cutting. the guard is very nice because it protects you when you grab for the knife you will not get cut.

Beautiful set of knives for an insanely good price. I like that each individual knife has its own cover, so I don’t have to worry about just throwing them in a drawer. I don’t have the counter space for one those blocky knife holders. Lovely, vibrant colors

Very nice knives. Sharp and easy to distinguish with the colors. I bought my first set nearly two years ago and have since bought two more for camper and gift. I have bought all three sets on The Deal of the Day offers for a great price each time.

Bought these for my wife for less than half price on a Deal of the Day and she loves them. She says that they are super sharp which makes the color matched sleeves essential to prevent accidental cuts. They are well made and comfortable to hold and use.

These knives are very sharp and very easy to use. I use the utility or the yellow one alot in cutting mostly vegetables and fruit and the blue one fir breads. The rest are still in the box since i have other knives. I can’t wait to try all of them.

Super sharp! They are vibrant, and pretty, and oh so very sharp! My boyfriend actually laughed at them, until he cut his finger using them the fisrdt time! Did I mention they are super sharp?

Very nice knife’s. Vibrant colors make them unequalled and thy are very sharp. The covers are good and easy to use for protection of each. There’s no mixing them up with matching colors.

These Cuisinart knives are so awesome! Each of the knives comes with its own heavy duty plastic cover. When I use them to cut, the cut is so straight and effortless. Love these knives!

Quality of knives are nice. Purchased on DOTD. Great touch for different colors to differentiate in kitchen. The knives do come in matte black which are nice as well.

Excellent knives with VERY SHARP cutting edges. I highly recommend the knives but you must be careful. Just wish they were machine washable.
