Wonderful smoker for a great deal.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this mainly to smoke meats and cheese, however, it can also be used to grill food. The quality is amazing; the metal is thick and covered with a thick coating of heat and rust resistant black enamel. The grates are stainless steel and are also thick enough to withstand the high heat of grilling. Assembly was required and only took about 15 minutes. This smoker is large enough to handle more food than a family of eight can eat. The temperature is easy to control via the vents and their adjustments are sensitive enough that you can get the perfect temp and air flow. This is a great smoker for a really great price. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it.
