It’s not the greatest. Toasts to different levels on one side of the bread versus the opposite side. Slngle slice control seems to have no effect. Quite over priced for what you get.

Not good quality and doesn’t toast well at all. Would not recommend buying this item. Unfortunately we didn’t use it right away and then it was too late to return. Best Buy only gives you 15 days.

For the price, this toaster wasn’t worth it unless you like your toast done on one side and not done on the other. Returned this item. To be honest other toasters seem to have the same problem.

We returned it as the darkness control didn't work properly. You only get one chance with us. It demonstrates very poor quality control, which is amazing for a "brand" item.
