I had the same brand previously and wanted another when that one stopped working. The only thing I do not like and same with my last one is no crumb tray.

Matches my coffee maker and stainless steel look in my kitchen. In the end it is a toaster. Are there bad toasters out there?

Took away one star because it you don't leave it it for a long time, the item you are toasting is cold on the top edge.

This mosel became flimsy

The browning control knob is loose but functions well and the mechanism which lowers the slices of bread doesn't feel solid. It seems to toast well.
