The only thing it really toasts is a bagel. Would not buy another cuisinart product

Toaster works good although if you like bagels you may want to go for a wider toaster slots. Although bagels vary in size

Didn't have any expectations for a toaster but this thing is god awful

I bought this to replace the same model that had stopped working. It doesn't toast things as well as the old one nut I kept it.

OK. Drop/lift lever feels cheap. Must crank up toast level high to darken bread/bagels. Basic.

Defective had to return, handle did not stay down to toast

This toaster is set on the highest setting and the bread still does not toast. It is not worth the amount paid.

I purchased during the closing sale this toaster It was from he floor model I did purchase the extended warranty Yet do to the current State of Emergency I am unable to get to my nearest Best Buy to exchange. There for I am frustrated

This is a good toaster at a somewhat high price. Possibly not a great value for your money.

It works well. However, when you toast smaller items like english muffins they are more difficult to get out.

I read the reviews before purchasing. I am disappointed that each side is not toasted evenly.

We like Cuisinart products and have gotten good service out of them over the years. When we needed a new toaster this one had good reviews and our prior Cuisinart experience made it an easy choice. Unfortunately both failed within days of purchase. After two we gave up and bought another brand. Both had problems with the tray staying down and you had to push the lever multiple times. Both toasted very unevenly and then the elements failed. I am assuming they were just from a defective lot. Best Buy was great as we returned both sequentially and then moved on to buying a Breville.

Lever doesn't stay down so it toasts, problem since day one, right out of the box. push lever down over and over and it just pops loose again. junk toaster. don't buy Cuisinart !

Nothing fancy, but works for the price. Controls feel a little cheap.

My toaster broke and purchased this as a replacement. I thought name brand, can't go wrong. It was so difficult to get the toaster handle to stay down. I ended up replacing it with a cheaper model that works perfect.

This toaster didn't last very long. It worked fine when I first got it, but then the temperature and the roasting isn't consistant.
