Out of the box it worked great. Heated up quickly. As the instructions say, throw out the first batch, but after that you'll great browned tastie waffles! No temperature settings or indicator to say when the waffles are done, so keep a close eye on them. I used a timer based on my waffle mix instructions and it worked great!

We love waffles and even more, we love tater tots cooked in a waffle maker. They come out crispy brown and more like hash browns. Good performing waffle maker.

Kids have loved waffles at the grandparents. Their Cuisinart maker is ver 20 yrs old. Had to get one for our home.
