    The Memory function did not work as advertised and was way too cumbersome to deal with. I messed with it for 10 minutes and couldn't get it to work right. It's a toaster for heaven's sake, not a computer. A simple dial or lever would have been much handier and easier to use. I am returning it.

    It looks nice but doesn’t toast well. You have to toast a bagel multiple times at the highest level to brown it.

    I should have known better. Cuisinart is not my go to brand and it proved to be a very bad choice. I purchased because of the features which looked good, but it was a big disappointment. I will stick with Breville for my choice.
