Good overall coffee maker. Works as described. My only complaint is that it is noisy.

While I appreciate the science and principle behind this machine in the effort to cold brew coffee in a minimal amount of time, it does not make a good brew in my opinion. The brew takes exactly the amount of time stated, however it's cloudy and the taste isn't that great. I have been, and will continue using, my Ninja coffee bar for iced coffee. I was hoping maybe this would be a good replacement, not using heat to brew, but not the case for me. I've tried several different coffee amounts, beginning and ending with what the recommended measurements should be. It's just a cloudy cup of coffee. It's a good quality maker, easy to use, and Deal of the Day made it a great value, but that doesn't mean it's a good cup of coffee. Returning today if it's not too busy at my store. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!

I can only speak to delivery and packaging as it was returned without so much as pulling the purchase out of the manufacturer's box. The reviews noting the relative weakness of the brew cycles led me not to want to gift this to someone who likes strong dark coffee.

It does make constant "whirring" noise while brewing that you just have to put up with. The smooth taste of the cold brew is worth it though. Would def. recommend!

Great cold brew In only 45 minutes. I no longer have to wait 24 hours for my infuser type cold brew coffee.

I enjoy ice coffee. This machine does a great job. It may take some time to make it if you want it bold, nevertheless it does the job.

Even on bold, the brew can be a little weak. You can improve this by brewing twice and using warmer to mildly hot water when brewing.

It tastes like or better then coffee shops. Easy to operate and customize coffee options

just wish it made more than it dose i get 2 glasses out of it

Under 30 mins. And makes the best iced coffee. No bitterness
