The blue sheaths covering these knife blades look good in my kitchen and are absolutely necessary for protection from these wonderfully sharp knives. It’s a sufficient set for most homemakers and the inexpensive price make this set a must have.

Incredibly sharp and easy to chop things. They glide across the cutting board. Be sure to be careful because they are so sharp. You do have to watch out when you’re going fast tonight Nick your fingers. But overall, they are excellent sharp knives. I would definitely buy these knives for friends and family.
