I keep them in a place that is visible in my kitchen and often have to retrieve them form my daughter's upstairs apartment. Bought these after a vacation, where the house we rented had these. Saw them at Best Buy and snatched them up. Love the cover sleeves and they should last a long time.

On the other hand these knives are very sharp. If you’re OK with immediately drying it after reuse, then I would recommend it.
