Best coffee maker I have ever purchased. This makes the most flavorful coffee.

Every Pot of Coffee I made over the last 30 days was water down and flavorless. I believe it has to do with the design of the filter. flat bottom instead of the cone shape. I like strong dark coffee, i tried to add more coffee less water. nothing worked. had to return.

Coffee doesn’t always go from grinder to filter. Sometimes it gets stuck. I’m thinking about returning it.

Haven’t tried this product yet, I’ll be putting it to use on Sunday morning.

I’ve been using this for about three months now. This coffee maker is only so so. The built in coffee grinder seems like a good idea. Unfortunately it doesn’t grind the coffee fine enough for a rich/dark pot of coffee. Trying to find the right amount of coffee to put in the filter is also a challenge. Too little and the coffee is really weak. Too much and the filter overflows and you get a pot full of grounds. Carafe doesn’t pour well either. It does make a hot pot of coffee. So many don’t heat the water enough. If I was to start over, I would have bought something different.

GETS REALLY HARD TO CLEAN WHEN YOU MAKE GRIND COFFE. OVERALL IS GOOD , YOU CAN PROGRAM IT TO RUN IN THE MORNING.

Coffee pot leaks everywhere when you pour the coffee. It is loud. Coffee is weak even using strong coffee beans because you can’t fit very many beans in the container. Terrible product.

The grinder transition to the bin is not great kind of just spits it everywhere

Grinder cup became stuck within a few uses and won’t come out to be cleaned. So, won’t grind properly and creates weak coffee. Cuisinart Cust Service of little help in solving issue. Pot spills constantly during use.

If I can give less than one star will do it, I purchased less than a month and it’s not working properly and grinder taking forever I went back to Best Buy they refused to take it back or exchange it because return policy 14 days I’m really disappointed!! It’s worst experience they should be more flexible specially if client wasn’t a wear about 14 days return policy and there’s an issue with item less than a month

Make coffee with this every day. I use the grinder about 50% of the time. ++++ Makes great coffee consistently (most important factor to me. +++ Very good value for $100. Tip: I am loyal to Best Buy, but I got this at Bed Bath and Beyond with the ubiquitous 20% off coupon, as it is not on sale that often. ++ Easier to cleaner than my older version of the coffee maker 5 of the six parts in the top rack of dishwasher. the Carafe itself in the bottom rack. ++ Filter does not occasionally pop out (causing a mess) like the previous version. This appears to be a design flaw that they fixed with the new version of the filter holder. ++ My stainless steel old carafe and my reusable filter and part of my grinder all are compatible with this. -- It is louder than my previous version - I like stainless steel more than glass. You have to remember to turn off the coffee maker if you are using a stainless steel carafe with it. - It is pretty tall, so I have to pull it forward to fill it and I have spilled water a few times. A bit awkward to get water in it.

We don't use it for grinding. It requires cleaning every time you make coffee, so we gave up and bought a stand-alone burr grinder.

This item does not work correctly, returned to Best Buy.

Bought this January 19 and by February 23rd the grinder stopped working, timer doesn't function properly, and the filter for ground coffee broke. I now cannot return it to best buy, also not surprising, so there goes $100.

Coffee brewed from this unit is not very strong. Requires the use of more grounds - there are better options out there.

I bought the machine in June and the grinder component has already broken -it is August so it lasted a whole 2 1/2 months. Get the warranty i guess.
