This item works very well And the quality is great!

Great coffee maker. It's the second one I've owned and the previous one lasted about 10 years and made a pot of coffee every day. The only drawback to this one is they changed the bean hopper to a single serve basket, so it's harder to gauge how many beans you need and it's frustrating having to remove and clean it daily when the previous model didn't have that feature. But overall, I'll probably buy another one when this one breaks down.

Disappointed to say the least. The fresh beans and coffee grounds are always wet in the hopper and get stuck throughout, the hopper does not hold enough to make a decent tasting pot of coffee (amber color), the filter is not as easy to clean as a basic coffee maker, and the lid is cheap and difficult to remove. Unfortunate purchase for sure.

Works well as a general coffee maker; however, the grind delivery function does not work well - it constantly clogs even when you clean and dry it every day. Waking up to lightly colored hot water rather than coffee is no fun. Otherwise it is an excellent coffee maker.

I really have enjoyed this coffee machine. The only complaint I have is how loud the coffee grinder is. You do need to wipe out the grinder after each use and make sure it is dry before next use or the coffee will clog the grinder spout.

Coffee bean grinder button has to be turned off first. Coffee grinder has to be installed to operate. This is about all that I don't like. Otherwise it is a good Coffee maker, I like it.

Met all my expectations! Grind and make regular coffee, if you ran out of coffe beans, you can still use it as a regulat coffee maker

I bought this coffee maker to replace the Cuisinart one I'd purchased in 2012. This one is good, but the motor (to grind the beans) is louder than the one I had. Also, my old coffee maker had a "thermos" - type of carafe; this one is glass. I'm happy with the new one; it will do.

This unit produces a fair cup of coffee for the price, though the grinder clogs up easily and doesn’t deliver the full grind to the hopper.

I was disappointed with this coffee maker. The grind feature is incredibly loud and not something you'd want to use if other people in the house are sleeping. There are multiple things that need to be taken out and cleaned every day. I would've returned it but Best Buy only had a 2-week window for returns so I am stuck with it.

Excellent coffee maker. Efficient and relatively quiet grinder allows you to make the blend of your choice. i would buy this product again.

It grinds or you can turn off grider with a push of a button and use already ground coffee.

worst purchase ever, the top of the carafe falls off when you try to poor coffee ( it does not stay on or fit properly) My husband and I both got our hands burnt due to lid falling off.
