Every feature in this product works as described. Easy to make coffee and clean as well. The price could have been a lower but everything else is great. I recommend this product.

Replaced one like this that stopped working that been used for years every day. I like that you can grind fresh beans or use ground coffee.

fresh ground coffee in the morning

Water fill gives a bit less brewed coffee, IE 12 on water scale gives a bit over 11. Recommended 1 scoop per cup is pretty strong, have found 0.75 ratio better, 8 scoops per 12 cups. Easy to clean. Easy to setup and program. Coffee smooth, and hot. carafe does spill if you pour above cup, have found if you touch the carafe to the cup then pour, it will not spill.
