This is a workhorse coffee maker that consistently makes good cups of coffee. The unit is easy to clean, is rugged, and is used often by uber-regular coffee drinkers.

This is a great coffee maker and is probably more than I needed. The design is a perfect match for my Cuisinart toaster. The water heats up quickly and the coffee maker is easy to use.

The cuisinart coffee maker works great, keeps coffee hot. I like the retro look. I think the charcoal water filter makes the coffee taste smooth. I like the gold toned cone shaped filter. I use a paper filter too but you don't have to. It did have a slight plastic taste at first, but that went away after a couple times using it. The only thing i am not so pleased with is it is hard to tell the water level. It is on the inside where you pour the water in. I wish they would have shown the level on the outside. I can't speak to the durability yet, but hope this one lasts.

We got this model as a wedding gift 13 years ago and it finally died this year. I think it may have died due to household electrical issues as we began to have problems when my husband started remodeling the kitchen. Never had any problems. Makes quick HOT coffee. Easy to use and stylish.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased the Cuisinart Brew Central Coffee Maker. I comes very close to the perfect cup. Keeps it nice and hot. Easy to operate.

This is a great coffee maker - it brews in a few minutes and the coffee stays at the correct temperature until you turn the machine off. Easy to clean and very few moving parts.

I just purchased one of these for a friend. I have owned one for over 8 years, and we brew a pot or two nearly every single day. We keep water filters changed regularly and we use RO filtered water so that probably helps longevity, but this machine is great. The caraffe holds 12 cups not 10 (a plus if brewing for a group). And it has never dripped, leaked, cracked or failed in any way. Lastly it brews great coffee! I grind whole beans, and i also sometimes use ground packaged coffees (Gevalia is my favorite off the shelf). In eight years i can say i have never used the timer to auto brew, but i have used and really like the small pot brew option. Totally recomend...you can find great deals on this model from time to time.

In love with this coffee maker. Already had a single serve keurig but needed a larger easy to use for older company coming during the holidays and this worked great! Everyone loved the looks and ease of use along with the features it has. Highly recommend this ones!

I needed to replace my 8 year old exact same machine as this. I was so happy to find it at Best Buy and a reasonable price. I tried a different machine, but this one works so well, I needed the same one again. They have improved the pour lip a bit, so it pours even better.

I bought my first Cuisinart - Brewmaster around 10 years ago based on a Consumer Reports review. It finally burned out and I was excited to try something different. Even with all the new options and updates, I couldn't find one that I liked better. I'm really surprised this one is still around but it just works. The water is hot and it makes great coffee. The only caveat is that you have to want a mesh basket coffee maker. If you are looking for something different or like some of the new methods this one won't be for you. It is a good, old fashioned, drip machine.

We replaced our previous coffee maker because it just did not make that great a cup of coffee. My sister in law has one of these Cuisinart coffee makers and it makes great coffee. We went straight to Best Buy and picked on up. Now we have great coffee in our home.

We bought our first Cuisinart Brew Central 4 years ago because it had an adjustable warmer plate setting. This brewer makes great coffee and keeps it hot. The off/on switch was intermittent so we replaced the unit. We use this every day and when company comes, multiple times each day. Probably used the original 1200+ times and only did basic cleaning about every 6 weeks. Definitely worth the money.

When mine went out I knew exactly what I was going to replace it with, the same one!!! Will never own a different coffee pot. Everyone in my family has this same coffee pot and we all have replaced it with the same one years later when it finally quit.

I was in the market for a replacement coffee maker when I saw this Cuisinart on a Best Buy flash sale. Now I tend to shop "low end" products for small kitchen appliances believing that the inexpensive items deliver adequate performance but when I saw this Cuisinart at half price I opted to give it a try. It is a great product; well made, stylish and fast (brews 12 cups in 10 minutes - that compares to 25 minutes for my old DeLonghi). A great cup of coffee from an attractive kitchen appliance.

This is our 3rd coffee maker like this. High quality and last long time. Makes very hot coffee and has timer that works great.

We've been Bunn owners for years and when it was time for a new coffee maker the thought of changing brands was a little scary. Our Bunn brews so fast and its always been so reliable. Only, there was no way to pre-set it so we could wake up to the delicious smell of fresh coffee and we'd have to come down to get the coffee brewing then go back upstairs to get ready. So after reading the reviews we look the leap and bought this coffee maker. We couldn't be happier!! We didn't realize the speed of the brew was taking away from the flavor. It's not as fast as the Bunn but it still brews at a good speed and the taste of the coffee is so much better than we've has in years! We also come down to coffee that's ready and waiting every single morning. Auto-off with the ability to start the warmer again if desired is great as well. We couldn't be happier!!

Nice coffee brewer. It makes a very nice cup of coffee and I like the fact that it can make a 12 cup brew. Two improvements that should be done with this coffee maker is #1: Make it so you can see how much time is left before the hot pad turns off. They have an adjustable time from 1 min. to 4 hrs. setting(nice). #2: The Major change they should make is to change the on/off switch from a very cheap toggle switch to a sturdy PC mounted switch. They have had a problem with this cheap toggle switch as stated in past reviews. My advice is to know this problem exits and to gently turn on the switch when needed. You could always do programed brews and this would eliminate the need for the switch.

I love that this machine makes delicious coffee and keeps it hot. It is easy to use and includes a convenient setting for 1-4 cups (which keeps smaller quantities hot). I don't love the lack of a hinged top on the carafe. I cannot open it to fill or clean it. Also, the machine has no measuring guides on the exterior. They're on the inside of the reservoir. Fortunately, the carafe does have clearly marked measuring lines. Overall, it's great looking, brews quickly, and makes terrific coffee. I'd recommend it.

I only rated it a good because I miss how quickly my other coffee maker made the coffee. However, I did not want it to be heating water continuously and it died on me, so we bought this. The coffee is very, very hot. This is good if you are not prone to drinking it quickly. I find I do not have to warm it up as much. The taste is great! No problems with the water measurement. After all, it is on the coffee pot how much you are putting in. Why would you have to see it on the outside of the machine? Very easy to use and not disappointed.

There is nothing special about this coffee maker but it is built well and the pot is a good design and poors with no dripping or spilling. I wish the clock was a little bigger. Overall, I'm happy wth this machine but I felt it was a bit overpriced.
