Superior coffee every morning

We’ve been using it for just over a month now and couldn’t be happier. The insulated carafe Kees the coffee warm. The included filter does a great job. No issues anywhere. Really enjoy being able to select intensity along with cup amounts. Only wish is that it would do less than 4 cups for when I just want a single cup but that’s not the real purpose of this machine. It doesn’t have a built-in hot plate but that’s a good thing. If you’re not a coffee snob yet, this machine will turn you into one and you’ll appreciate the lack of hot plate (they just burn the coffee as it sits there neglected). The insulated carafe is all you need to keep your fantastic fresh brewed coffee warm.

Water dispenser will not regulate based on the number of cups i want, it just empties the whole reservoir There seems to be a design problem that spills water all over the counter- still haven't figured that one out The carafe barely keeps the coffee hot for 30 minutes I'm sure mines defective, so I'll be returning it under manufactures warranty for another model.

The carafe lid leaks around the rubber ring causing coffee to spill out all over when pouring. The grounds in the filter basket go up the sides of the filter and into the carafe as the water sprays into the basket. And now the grinder seems to have a mind of its own and turns on randomly, over filling the filter. I would have expected much better from Cuisinart and especially considering the price
