I like Cuisinart products. this is my second Cuisinart coffee pot. My parents have one also

Enjoy using the item and love the quick service given.

The basket is too small to accommodate my coffee grounds without them spilling over into the coffee pot when perking. Pot is too hard to clean. Grounds get stuck on the bottom. Coffee is not as hot as it says it gets.

Weakest coffee I’ve ever brewed. Very disappointing! Going to have to buy another coffee pot :(

After only a few weeks of use there is a rattling coming from the inside. I suspect it’s going to be a bigger problem soon, may need to return and go with a different brand, bummed out,

had to order this coffee pot, because the one I purchased as a gift, was lost by best buy. They did absolutely NOTHING TO help alleviate the mess up. Finally got this coffee pot in hand out to the person i gifted it to AND IT WAS LEAKING THE VERY FIRST TIME THEY USED IT!!! AGAIN BEST BUY DID NOTHING BUT LET ME RETURN IT. HOW EMBARRASSING

I liked my Faberware percolator much better, Bought this more expensive one but it's not reliable. The electric cord is faulty. Buy the warranty for protection, it's worth it.

This makes some amazing coffee and its quick. What I really love about it that it is so simple to use no buttons to press, just plug it in and go. I'm completely happy with this purcase.

I love the percolater my grandmother had it made the best hottest coffee ever! The cord was tattered and old nd the seal was leaking if I made a full pot time to replace. I bought a cheaper one at a dept. store but returned it because it made weak coffee and it wasn't hot enought for me! This one is PERFECT HOT and delicious !!! Thanks...you get what you pay for proven once agia n!!!

I have gone through so many coffee pots breaking and being defective I decided to make the change. We luv, luv, luv this percolator. My husband was concerned that it just wouldn't be able to work like his mother's old perculator. No problem. The only thing that took me a bit to figure out is that you have to start with COLD water. It stopped percing when the coffee meets a certain temperature. It just doesn't bre the same with warmer water.

I used to have a stove-top percolator many years ago, and I've never really liked drip coffee makers. This electric model is SO convenient, easy to handle and makes hotter coffee than the drip machine - keeps it hot longer, without it becoming "old" tasting, too. I'm so glad I bought it!

So far, I'm still experimenting with getting the right cup of coffee. I had to purchase filters to keep coffee grounds out of the brew.

I purchased this product 5 months ago and it lasted about a month before it quit working after making a morning pot of coffee. I tried it again the next morning just in case, but it was dead. I contacted Cuisinart customer service and was pleased to have a person answer the phone. I told her my troubles and she deduced that I had a defective cord which she said would replace and would be sent to me in 10-12 days. I didn't care for the length of time, but kept it to myself. 3 weeks later the cord arrived and it didn't fix the problem, so I called back and was asked to send the coffee pot back with a check for $20.00 to ship the new percolator to me. This time I stood up for myself and requested that they send me the percolator and when I received it I would pay to send the broken one back. She agreed and said it would be mailed out in 10-12 days. It never arrived! I was however, emailed a customer service satisfaction survey in the last week of December, which I filled out and sent back with a check mark in the box requesting that customer service contact me. A week or more later, I have yet to receive a call. Never have I seen a company so unconcerned with a dissatisfied customer! Their product and customer service are on par with each other...very poor!
