This is a no brainer for those looking for two in one coffee system that does what it says with no performance issues. The 12 cup option has come in handy for those large family gatherings at our house.

Very happy with our move away from the Keurig brand. The 2 reservoirs are awesome for the pot and single serve.

Replaced a faulty one twice before deciding to buy this! Got it this morning and so far much much better!

As others have mentioned in previous reviews, pouring water into the coffee maker is a challenge. The small section to pour the water in is located at the right rear next to the lid which you open to put both the coffee basket and water. Since the lid doesn’t open as far as it should, trying to pour water from the carafe is a struggle. The design needs to be revised. However, it makes a great cup of coffee and it is piping hot. Just be aware on sleepy mornings you need to be alert or you will be mopping water off your countertop and or floor.

Love this coffee center, love the fact you have 2 choices a single K cup or a pot. It’s a nice size and attractive looking. It’s user friendly and Love the fact when I wake up my coffee is ready .

Makes good coffee and looks slick. Biggest complaint is it is almost impossible to fill the tank with water without it spilling on the counter. Needs a separate pitcher but i haven't been able to find one to work.

Excellent coffee maker. It also looks great on the countertop. Very easy to use and the coffee tastes great with some adjustments to slow down the water flow. Also. K-cup measurements are not accurate. 6oz makes 8oz, 8oz makes 10oz and 10oz makes almost 12oz. Not sure if that's per design or an issue with mine.

The coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee or pot of coffee. It looks great and is easy to use. The coffee pot takes up less space than you would think. The price is good for the quality and usability of the coffee center. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like an excellent cup of coffee. I've been using this product for three weeks.

i bought as a present for a coffee drinker and they say it was best present they have recieved in a long while. ease of use and ability to make a large amount is beyond what they thought

This model was recommended to me by a co-worker. I'm so glad I got this coffee maker. It makes a great cup of single serve coffee. And with the included insert I can use my Cafe Bustelo without the need to go or and buy K-cups The only thing that kept it from being a 5-star rating was the fact that the single serve side can be a bit messy when the coffee goes into the cup and small droplets of coffee end up on the countertop.

I travel a lot for work, and live between states, and purchased this coffee pot for my city house about a year ago, and have had nothing but good things to say... so much, that I just purchased it again for my other house. The K-Cup option is great, works just as good as an K-Cup machine I've used, and the coffee pot is also wonderful. I love how simple the machine is to use, it's incredibly reliable and makes a good pot of coffee.

After using the Coffee center for a month, I can say that I am pleased. The ability to make a single cup on a "work day" and a full pot on the weekend is great and reduces waste; The Coffee Center makes great coffee on both sides and is easy to set up, use, and clean. The water fill for the 12-cup side is a little tight, but if that is the only issue, I will be using this pot for a long time.

We were looking for replacement for an older coffee pot and were looking for something that would use K-Cups too for making iced tea. We did a reasonable amount of research and ultimately choose this one. We have used both drip and K-Cup features and they both work very well. I do think the coffee from this maker is much "richer" than our previous coffee maker. The water tank for the K-Cup maker is in the back, but still fairly easy to access. This one has two separate tanks for brew and K-Cup which is nice.

This is a great product. It replaced an under-cabinet coffee maker and a separate Keurig with a large footprint. We are ecstatic about getting the lost counter space back. Its small footprint is excellent. Makes great coffee and is relatively fast. Nits: The carafe holds only eight (maybe 9) 8 ounce cups which is fine. The twelve they advertise are only the very small 6 ounce cups and that would be right to the rim. Because of the hinged top, you must slide the unit out from under the cabinet when filling it with water. We have also incorporated a small funnel and a measuring cup to make adding water easier, less dangerous, and more accurate. This technique is also much safer and less messy then using the fragile glass carafe to add water to the hard to access rear reservoir. The machine is relatively light which is good because you should lift the machine slightly when sliding it forward to avoid small scratches on your counter-top. It would have been a nice touch if they included the very inexpensive small rubber feet on all the locations versus just the front corners (we added sticky felt pads to allow damage-free sliding). Also, unlike the Keurig which requires resetting before allowing you to press the single cup button again, with this unit you can mistakenly press the button again with a "used" K-cup still in there. Otherwise it is excellent, looks great and high-tech in our kitchen and we get many compliments especially from people who never knew this type of machine existed.
