It is a great coffee maker and easy to use. It takes up very little space. You can use it like a keurig with pods or use your own coffee in a provided screened pod. The coffee tastes great once you figure out the correct amount to use. The clean up is easy too. You can use it with tall coffee bottles as well. It is made out of solid material so it should stand up to heavy use.

The dual option of single serve or carafe was something my family was needing. The different temp options for the heat plate along with the Bold Brew option has been a gamechanger. We replaced our single serve Keurig with this coffee maker and we are really pleased with how much better this coffee maker brews coffee. High heat brewing is essential with good tasting coffee.

Excellent. Only seems that coffee pot holds a little less water but understandable since coffee machine also does individual cups. Also took us a bit to figure out how to keep coffee pot hot for extended period.

Works well. Coffee is hot! Quiet operating and easy to clean.

Pricey but you get what you pay for . The black stainless steel Cuisine Art vocoder maker will dispense by the cup or the carafe . The by the cup tank can be removed and filled on as needed basis . Nice hot cup of tea or coffee in a spiff . The carafe coffee was nice and hot - taste of coffee and or Tea was perfect as well . Absolutely was worth the price Tag

So I initially had issues brewing coffee, the basket was sitting properly because a loose piece of of was stuck in basket holding area, once removed I have had no issues. And I love that Keurig station brews a cup of HOT coffee in seconds

This coffee maker is easy to use and brews delicious coffee. Perfect for all the coffee drinkers in our house - really love that we can brew coffee by the pot or by the mug. We have used and enjoyed this coffee maker every day since purchase.

Downside: too much moisture runs down the back of the machine when lifting the lid on the carafe side, water opening very tight and the single side doesnt always punch a good hole in the top of the single serve cup.

Overall a solid coffee pot. Make coffee, tea, or other drinks nicely. Takes kcups or you can just use coffe grounds or tea leafs. Definitely worth the money

Great versatility, I love the reusable barista cup. I can make just coffe for me while family can make the whole pot to they desire

I have had Cuisinart Coffee Makers for many years. They last and make good coffee. This new one makes delicious coffee but it does have an unpleasant odor when you lift the top. I ran a clean cycle in the beginning using white vinegar but the odor did not go away.

We have enjoyed this coffee maker very easy to set up and use. You want go wrong buying one.

I have had many coffee makers over my 60+ years, I'm fussy! This makes the best coffee outside of a coffee shop! Excellent. Little hard to get water in the carafe side, small issue when compared to the quality of the coffee brewed.

Makes great coffee and is fast, easy to clean and change filters. will accept K cups and does a great job on them too.

Been thinking of switching back from a Keurig to a brewer but love the convenience of a Kcup brewer. when I saw this at a great price, I was sold! It’s a nice looking unit. Easy to use and makes great coffee. My only complaint is the water tank for the brewer is a bit difficult to see and get to so I have to pull it towards me (away from wall) quite a bit. Even so, I still find it hard to pour all the water out of the pot completely. The last of it usually ends up right into the filter instead. Otherwise, very happy with purchase. Wish I had bought this sooner!

Have used this coffee maker for a few years and been very happy with it. Had recently moved and bought another. Nice to have the option of the Kurig for a quick brew.

I sometimes want a quick cup and sometimed want to make a pot. This does both. And it makes great coffee either way. The schedule brew festure is so convenient and your coffee is ready when you wake up.

This was a great purchase. The 12 cup brewer has some pretty useful features. I love that you can set the brew strength to bold, love that you can set the number of hours the heating element will stay on up to 4, and love that you can set the heat at low, med, or high. The K-cup side is a wonderful addition. Now if we run out of coffee (usually when we have company), we can just brew another cup or two. Or we can make hot chocolate, flavored coffees, or tea if we want. My favorite Christmas present!! (My husband let me open it early because he knew I was coveting it!!!). If I have one small disappointment, it’s that the K-cup side cup sits so low, that the liquid splashes out. I’ve used a small can of food to set the cup on to raise it up and then it doesn’t splash out. But I LOVE this coffee maker!!
