Excellent option does every thing except for frothing and grounded espresso

I love this coffee maker! It has both single cup and pot capabilities. Keeps the coffee hot until the auto shut off. The machine beeps when the coffee is ready (which is pretty fast for a full pot) and beeps again when it automatically shuts off. When pouring your cup of coffee there isn't any leaking! The one downside is the place where you put the water. Its in the back of the machine and can be hard to get to. Many times I have spilled some water when filling the reservoir.

I bought this coffee maker in a hurry after my other one died. I didn’t have time to research anything about it. I noticed after I purchased it a lot of people complain about how small the hole is to fill up the water tank for the carafe side. I have my coffee maker set up next to my sink so I just use the hose from the sink to fill up the tank. Works just fine. Makes the best coffee I’ve ever had at home, just make sure you follow their instructions on how much coffee to use per cup.

This is two machines in one! It makes a 12 cup carafe and also you can use pods for individual cups as well. It has separate water reserves with their own water filters. You can set the automatic timer, the temperature, and if you want it bold.

This is a great coffeemaker. I recommend it to anyone needing to replace one.

I have been looking for a new coffee maker to replace my old Krups. This Cuisinart does it all. I can make coffee using the carafe if I have company over or use the single pods for just a cup for me. No more wasted coffee. This coffee maker has nice features that one would expect to see on coffee makers costing twice as much. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone. Happy Brewing.

Before getting this Cuisinart, I had a Keurig. The machine itself was excellent, the draw back for me was having to use multiple K-Cups when I wanted more than one cup of coffee, which is usually the case with me. Then I bought a Ninja, again an excellent machine, but I wanted to”have my cake &eat it too “LOL!! I stumbled across the Cuisinart & it was exactly what I was looking for! I could brew a pot, when I wanted more than just one cup, and I could brew just one cup when I wanted, perfect!! The machine it easy & straight forward to operate. The thing I really like is the charcoal filters, they really do make a difference, at least they do for me. If you are considering purchasing this coffee machine, you won’t be disappointed! It doesn’t take up much room at all, about the same as my other coffee makers. I would most definitely recommend this to everyone.

It works good. I would like to be able to just hit the brew button and be done. Auto seems the best option for brewing, manual start you have to hold the middle button in for a couple seconds for it to start brewing, and the single cup is easy to use with the water container being a little more involved than it should be.

I've always liked Cuisinart coffee makers. I've tried others but go back to cuisinart soon after. The one thing I find is that it's a little awkward putting the water in for the pot but once you get used to it , it's not so bad.

It was really good until it stopped working. Worked well. No issues. No leaks. I liked that it could be used as a single serve or for brewing 12 cups. It stopped working, as in no power after 30 months. It's not worth the money if it doesn't last any longer than a $25 coffee maker.

Perfect basic excellent coffee maker. It was just what we were looking for.

So I read all of the reviews before I bought this, and a number of them weren't good... I really wanted the coffeemaker and have been happy with cuisinarts before, so I went for it... I have to say that after reading and following the instructions and trying every option for brewing it offers, this is the best and most versatile coffeemaker I have ever owned in my life... it does it all,... does it perfectly,... and makes great coffee and works perfectly... definitively worth the price.

First one bought online had to be returned as it arrived damaged. Replacement has been fine. As others have mentioned the K-Cup side does splash a bit, but using a tall mug or holding the cup closer to the spout seems to help. This is replacing an older Cuisinart coffee maker and a seperate K-cup machine. Nice having the additional space on the counter. The regular coffee side works just as good as the older one and it can be a bit difficult to add water to it. As for water dripping on the back of the machine, the old one did the same thing and I am used to it. It's not perfect but it works and looks good at the same time. I don't think its worth 200 dollars but if you can get it on sale and live with the quirks is a decent machine.

I've had this coffee maker for about 2 months. Thus far, it has been very reliable, makes good coffee, and is versatile enough for weekday and weekend use - ie; the dual format coffee option works well with my early wake-up and my wife and teenagers' sleep-in schedule. Just make sure you line up the Keurig insert properly so it doesn't make a mess in your kitchen - operator error from a barely awake teen, for sure!!!
