We found it pricey to keep up with our coffee use, while using k-cups, so we bought this. Not only are we saving money, but the coffee tastes better to us. It’s very easy to use and clean, not to mention the water filters for it are cheap.

After reviewing all the coffee makers before purchasing this one, the only negative problem was the fact that when you pour the coffee it leaks around the spout. Yes, this an issue, but found if you pour at a higher angle the leak issue is abated. It makes coffee reasonably quick and keeps it hot. As far as the kcup use, you have to press the Kcup in place til it makes a click sound before you shut the lid to start the coffee. Therefore, the water drains through the kcup properly and does not spill grounds out in the kcup compartment or coffee cup.

The ability of this coffee maker to make coffee has saved me countless felony charges. Without it, I'd have to drive somewhere to get coffee and Heaven forbid someone cut me off on the road while im driving to get my coffee.

This is by far the worst coffee maker ever! The single side gets grinds everywhere and just spews liquid all over my counter. $200 for this mess.

Makes great coffee, both the 12 cup maker as well as the pod brewer. Coffee pot pours coffee without any drips. Wish the water reservoir was one unit instead of two for improved convenience.

So far so good. We purchased this one to replace one that failed after 3 years. Both the brew and single-cup work very well, but very happy with the single-cup.

Visually nice looking machine that puts out tasty hot coffee. Machine is easy to use and has dual capabilities.

This is our 2nd coffee center. The 1st one lasted 10yrs before it stopped working. Not the coffee side, but the K-cup side stopped sucking up water. I hope this one lasts as long...

Pros: flexibility to brew using the pot or using pods in a compact, space saving design. Cons: pouring the water into the tank for the coffee pot can be tricky.

So far so good with this coffeemaker. I love the versitility of the pot of coffee vs. a single cup. The single cup capability surpasses my previous named brand K-cup maker! The coffee is hotter and it just performs better.

EVERYTHING about this coffee maker is superior. Cuisinart is a superior brand that puts a lot of thought into its appliance. This coffee maker is no different. It has enough additional tech to satisfy those who want it, but it is not too much to overwhelm those who just want to enjoy a cup of coffee. The biggest problem with this unit, and it is a big problem, is filling the reservoir, which is not logistically easy. This is a significant design flaw.

Great coffee maker. Since my husband doesn’t drink coffee much i like using the single brew coffee and it comes out super hot which i love. The 12 cup coffee maker is great when i have company and family over! Great purchase

Love this coffe pot. We had a combo pot before and could not figure out the kcup part. This one is simple and easy. Coffee is HOT. Separate water chambers are nice

Problems but overcome. It took 3 of these to finally get one that worked right. First one - clean light kept coming on, Cleaned repeatedly. Called Cuisinart - said it was defective. Returned to Best Buy and got another. Corner of box was crunched. When unpacked, plastic chips sprinkled out. Corner of coffee maker shattered. Ordered 3rd one as no more in store. This one has worked as advertised. No more problems.

I had to replace my old Cuisinart coffeemaker as it no longer worked. It was a twelve pot coffeemaker with a hot water component. I would have gone with the same thing, but they didn't have one in stock. I'd sworn off single serve machines as I had one before they were popular, but I decided it might be handy. I'm glad I went ahead and got this one. I have the best of both worlds - a pot of hot coffee or tea and the capability of making a single cup of some exotic type. I have enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it to those who are in the market for a new coffeemaker.

Very compact unit and it makes great coffee. The single cup function makes it easy in the AM when one of us likes weak coffee and other other one strong coffee!

Great Coffee Maker! It is very versatile, and is great for making single servings in the k-Cup dispenser or if your need to make a pot for a gathering, it has the 12 cup carafe to make a larger amount.

Fantastic, best purchase ever. I can make a quick cup for myself or a whole pot for the entire family!
