Makes a great pot of coffee. Everyone loves it. It does male a lot of noise when making a pod but all works well.

We love this coffee maker!!! Great for making our coffee in the morning to go and then when we just want to have a single cup! No more coffee pods, save money!!! We even love making Ice Coffee especially on these hot days!!

Love this coffee maker! Makes a great tasting brew -- if you have issues with the pod side not working, there's a reset button behind the place you set the pod in, which you press 7 times (make sure you hear clicking!). That fixes everything. Do keep in mind that the text on the buttons does wear -- you may need to put a clear coat yourself over them to preserve the print. Otherwise, great machine with very little issues.

Makes great coffee and easy to use for both single serve and a 12 cup pot of coffee. There are two water reservoirs. I wish the single serve reservoir was larger. But it is easy access and fill.

We enjoy this coffee maker because you have the option of pod or pot. Both make ver good coffee. Our old machine, from another manufacturer, began leaking. So we searched options for replacement. Cuisinart had everything we wanted and Best Buy had it at a great price. Our first pot was richer tasting than our last pot from our dying machine. We highly recommend this machine if you want the option of pod or pot.

My wife's coffe maker was finally starting to die out after 3 years of very frequent use. I don't drink coffee as much as she does, so I generally use k cups. This was the perfect solution for us. Two devices in one, which clears up counter space and an outlet. There are two separate water tanks which makes things much easier. The reusable filter for the K-Cup is better than the actual Keurig brand. The only thing you have to remember is to pull the other piece out before sliding the reusable unit in. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase. The only thing that would make this better, is if it had the ability to have two different timers. One for the weekdays, and one for the weekend.

I was very sceptic of a Coffe Center with two options for prepare my coffee. I have been using a regular coffee maker for years... but the POD option to prepare just a single mug it's just great. Different sizes and even the possibility to use commercial PODs. Love it

Works great- I like the single feature of being able to choose 4,7,8,10,12 oz for single serving- it’s easy for my 86 yo mom to use single serve

Great dual choice: carafe or pods. When using the carafe, coffee brews quickly and stays hot! I have used the pod insert to conveniently make hot tea when I only want a cup. Looking forward to using the ice brew option this summer.

I bought this coffeemaker as a replacement for my Keurig. it works better than the others as it brews faster and coffee tastes better and stays hotter longer.
