Very nice product, but had to replace due to the button not functioning on the pod side.

This is not the same quality as years past. Our last one lasted 10 years. This one stopped functioning after 3 months.

This is our 4th Cuisinart Coffee Maker. All have been great, except this one. I dont know if we got a lemon, but every pot of coffee we have made has been full of coffee grounds. When I investigated, I noticed the water is not draining through the filter fast enough. I’ve checked the placement of filter holder and filter and all seems to be in place as it should. I’m not sure what the problem is; but this coffee maker is being returned.

the cold brew feature did not work, so I had to return the unit.

Power died in 1 week. Returned to store. ALso MAJOR issue for me is that it did not brew K Cup Chai Latte at all despite saying they are Kcup compatible. Only water shot thru cup. On my old Keurig the k cups work fine. Loved dual water resevoir and coffee was hot but my k cups horrible.

Leaked all over my counter. Didn't even last 3 days.

I had to return it the next day I bought it, extremely complicated to use, you need to read a lot of instructions to try to make it work, beside that I don't like the idea to be cleaning it so often as the manual says

Returned it twice. Finally got a "working for now" replacement from the manufacturer.

During setup i rsn a water cycle through the carafe side just fine, but the POD side wouldn't work. A few websites said unplug and wait between 30 seconds to 5 minutes, but nothing fixed it. I returned it.

Bought it and returned it twice because it didn’t work either time.

You can buy it if you want, but make sure added warranty, that's allowed you to a refund or exchange, I returned it and get the Keurig instead, best choice made!

Terrible machine . Doesn’t work and I urge you to look at another machine .

I had two of these that both lasted less than a year before they malfunctioned. I had used Cuisinart product for years and am very disappointed in this product. I had to go to a different brand that seems to be working great so far.

This is a terrible coffee maker. Great idea but..it only lasted 9 months. Spoke with customer service who helped get it started again but that didn’t last long. Carafe side works fine but the pod side is hit or miss and doesn’t give a full cup any more. The 12oz setting now only gives about 6 oz.

Purchased TWO of this same model. Both had the same issue of the pod section not operating. Returned both. Would not purchase cuisinart products after this disappointing and frustrating experience. Wish i had read prior reviews. Many had the same experience as I had.

Very poor product this item worked well first time then, quit working.

the feature for the single cup was defective. contacted manufacturer directly and they didn't even blink an eye told me to return. I exchanged this product twice. it's not best buys fault, but they should definitely pull it off the shelf.

Coffee grains keep over spilling. Not the best product from Cuisinart.

After only 4 months the coffee maker still has to be reset to ues the single pod side each time. It leaks it also makes such a large whole on top of the pod you end up with a cup of coffee grounds . Big waste of money
