This cuisinart is easy to use and the pods make it quick and easy in the morning to get a cup of coffee, So many flavors to choose Happy Camper

Unfortunately this new version is not what it used to be. My second pot has failed within 4 months. My first one was DOA. Upon taking out of the box I could not change the time, or brew a pot of coffee. I returned immediately in late June and replaced it with another one. Best Buy quickly returned and replaced. The new unit worked properly however has failed in 3 1/2 months. The heating mechanics which drives the pump has failed and the coffee pot side of the appliance no longer works. I'll attempt a warranty claim however 2 units failing within 4 months is not promising.

Also whole pot. Then there’s the whole ice coffee thing!!!! So in love with it. Highly recommend to anyone

Warranty was not transferred. Phone customer support said to take back to store for physical exam. I went without. Coffee maker works great.

Too much condensation on the inside (where you fill the water reservoir). Too much condensation on the lid of the carafe itself.

This one does the same thing . For 8 cups I have to put 9 cups of water? Why is that I threw the box away so I guess I will just keep it! I will probably not buy this brand anymore. I pd I think it was 80.00 more than my old one thinking I was getting a better machine!
