Good product but was cheaper before Christmas time.

Customer Service unreal, product meets need. The service was very professional and listened to what I was looking for.

Christmas gift. My wife loves it. She says that it is very easy to operate.

What is your preference, a pot of fresh coffee, a K cup or Espresso/Cappuccino this Coffee Center can do it. No need for different machines, this all in one coffee center has been a great addition to our coffee bar.

First cup made is not that hot. Then it’s pretty noisy. But it does it all

I really like this machine because it makes coffee using carafe, pods and nespresso pods, there's also a hot water & steamer dispenser. I still need practice with the steaming but it's not hard to do. The only downsides I've found so far is the holes to pour in water for a pot of coffee are really small so have to be precise and the carafe lip pours great, but doesn't allow all the coffee to leave the carafe without removing the lid; definitely not a deal breaker. It is a bit expensive though.

It's ok. It replaced my previous cuisinart. A bit noisy and I don't like the fact that the water does not turn off automatically. Other than that I like it.

Not the worst, not the best. Not much to expect from an all in one as you will sacrifice some quality

I like the features. Water reservoir for pods is much larger than my last model. So far, so good.

It is a good product over all. Pro- steams the milk really hot, Con- It is really loud and the coffee brewer is slower than what I am use to

Love this all in one machine. Just what I was looking for. Coffee takes a little longer to brew but that doesn’t bother me. Hard to beat the Cuisinart brand

it does works well. Have not used espresso side yet.

Coffee is hot and easy to use! My concerning issue is that the plate to keep the coffee pot hot is already peeling! I only used the coffee pot a few times! Not worth the $300 price tag for that reason.

Coffee pot is nice The Best Buy price match policy is a joke especially when it comes to matching their OWN price We bought this 2 days before Black Friday On Black Friday it went done $37 in price ! When I called Best Buy customer service she told me they will credit me the $37 difference. Price match it When I called back 2 month later after not getting that credit and no communication as to why, I was told it was because I used a $15 rewards certificate?!?! Yet rewards are to be used for any purchase !, I told the rep it makes no sense ….why would I use a $15 certificate if I would lose the ability to get $37 off since it was on sale?!, She apologized. What ???? She just apologized and quoted me the “policy”. Which is why I say the policy is a joke I should have returned it, then bought it again at the sale price and then used the rewards certificate. I was going to do that but figured I could work with Best Buy on this over the phone Guess not
