it does works well. Have not used espresso side yet.

Coffee is hot and easy to use! My concerning issue is that the plate to keep the coffee pot hot is already peeling! I only used the coffee pot a few times! Not worth the $300 price tag for that reason.

Coffee pot is nice The Best Buy price match policy is a joke especially when it comes to matching their OWN price We bought this 2 days before Black Friday On Black Friday it went done $37 in price ! When I called Best Buy customer service she told me they will credit me the $37 difference. Price match it When I called back 2 month later after not getting that credit and no communication as to why, I was told it was because I used a $15 rewards certificate?!?! Yet rewards are to be used for any purchase !, I told the rep it makes no sense ….why would I use a $15 certificate if I would lose the ability to get $37 off since it was on sale?!, She apologized. What ???? She just apologized and quoted me the “policy”. Which is why I say the policy is a joke I should have returned it, then bought it again at the sale price and then used the rewards certificate. I was going to do that but figured I could work with Best Buy on this over the phone Guess not

Yup, replaced the roughly 17 year old Cuisinart with this newer machine that does other fancy coffee drinks, or yeah, it does pods too. Bought it for the coffee loving wife, and she is crazy happy with it.

The only problem with this is the fill up is small but everything else makes up for it not a big dill

Best coffee maker ever, durable, solid, and reliable.

It came with a chipped piece on the brew head. The sigle pod only brews every once in a while. Usually it will just spit hot water. I've cleaned it, made sure everything was being used properly and it still only brews from the single pod once in eveey 5 times. The idea of the machine is nice but you would be better off buying a keurig duo and a seperate espresso machine.

I purchased this coffee maker to replace my Keurig and in hopes of having a Nespresso type of coffee maker. I loved the concept of this coffee maker. We had the coffee maker for exactly three days before the Nespresso type pod coffee maker stopped working. I called Cuisinart customer service they initially asked if I descaled the the machine yet?! 1. The coffee maker is 3 days out of the box 2. We only used filtered water in our coffee maker. They told me they would send a replacement part, the very next day the milk steamer stopped working, it would sputter but not get hot. The long and the short of it is, we have returned the coffee maker and are waiting on a replacement. There is, however, no follow up with customer service. They do not replace the coffee maker until they receive the original unit, I guess at over 300.00 a piece, that makes sense. It took them 48 hours to send me any type of email with a return label on it to be able to return the original coffee maker. Hopefully the replacement, whenever it arrives...will work. But had I known what a disaster this was going to be, I would have NEVER purchased this coffee maker. I would have just bought the Nespresso that was on sale and stuck with my original Keurig that I donated....

Uses both Keurig and nespresso pods… love it! !!!!!

A great coffee maker that does everything - drip, k-cups, and nespresso! Plus the frother to make lattes and cappuccinos. Easy to use and it looks great on the counter.

Machine sucks kurig coffe tastes watered down compared to a 50$ standalone kurig brewer. The espresso part lf this machine just ruins half your pods without making any espresso works for about 6 months than doesnt. For 300$ youd think youre getting a premium product but this machine is far from it

The only thing I don’t like is the water reservoir is on the left side so it’s awkward for right handed people to refill.

Since the begining I noticed something was wrong,until stops working ,the water stops and makes so much noise

It's got everything I need. Single serve, carafe for company and it can make expresso's.

I like that it makes single cups for the work week and I can make whole pots in the weekends when I’m here all morning.

So bummed!! I purchased this coffee maker because of the espresso function. It’s well made beautiful easy to use .There aren’t many reviews on it so I didn’t see any negative comments. I tried to use it for the first time yesterday, was excited to use the nespresso function, all I got was hot water. I purchased the Peets “Original nespresso” pods as stated in instructions . All it did was bend the pod and all I got was hot water!!! I actually went on to Amazon to check reviews and someone else had the same problem. Sadly I will be returning it . Very disappointed

My review isn't complete - I only unboxed the Coffee pot and placed it on our counter. The way the fill area was designed made the machine too tall to sit in our preferred location and remain usable.

Had to return it. Way to loud and the coffee maker itself didn’t work
