    Average to below average performance. Corkscrew goes into the cork, but does not eject the cork. You have to pull the cork out manually. I would not buy this product again.

    This wine opener ate up 6 to 7 corks in the last month. Only had it 5 weeks. Now i can't get a cork out...it's jammed. Now i know why there is such a short return timframe.

    This electric wine opener has never fully opened any wine bottle I have tried (about 20 tries). Usually, it just tears up the cork without pulling it out. Then it is harder to use a regular manual corkscrew as the cork is damaged and wants to fall apart or just fall into the wine bottle. Waste of money. I like the extra tool for removing the seal around the top.
