I haven't had a chance to use it but it seems simple enough

Worth the money. Bought as a Christmas gift for inlaws.

This item did not do too well. When I tried to use it, it didn't completely go through the cork to lift it our of the bottle. Not my best investment.

Stay away from this product. I bought 2 and I opened one, which out of frustration i threw it away. It does not have the power to pull the corks out of the bottle, it does not matter if it is fully charged. The worse part is, i can't return the other one, brand new, in the box, but i missed the window for returning the item.

Unfortunately, the unit will not release the cork! We have had 2 of these machines previously, and used them until they just wore out! We have never had this problem of it nor releasing the cork after removing it from the wine bottle before. So sorry it doesn’t work right!!!

What has happened to Best Buy!? Terrible experience with this order. First best buy sent my order to an unknow address in another state. It took me 2 chats, 2 phone calls and 2 weeks to get them to send me another one to the store. I get notification the item was delivered to the store, i show up, show them my bar code and email and they can't figure out the order. My name was clearly on it as well as the ship to store address. The manager ultmatley told me i would have to call the 800 numver (again) i asked if he could just do a refund and he could not. I was suppe to get this order on Dec 23rd and it is now Jan 17th. Im still out my $ and i dont have the product.

For the price its a decent item. But i think it should have a bit more strength/power thats why i give only 3 stars

It’s OK. Works from time to time. Its rechargeable that’s a nice addition

terrible item, did not work, cost me 2 bottles of excellent wine... even watched the video's to make sure I was doing right.. just chopped up the cork..

It does not work according to the directions. When I push the up button, the cork remains in the bottle. I have had to pull up to get the cork out of the bottle, but then the cork won’t unattach from the wine opener. I’m beyond disappointed!!! This is more work than using a manual opener.

This is just a motorized cork screw that is hard to keep straight and lacks power to finish the job. We went back to our manual opener.

Stopped working correctly after 5-6 bottles. It just goes down into the cork but hasn't the power to retract it. Can't recommend this to anyone,

Do not buy this piece of trash. When charged it now doesn’t have the power to open bottles only 3 months after purchase. Will be making a warranty claim

When it worked it was great. But after 4 months will no longer charge. Cusinart will fix it, but have to ship it in on my dime. The shipping is more than I originally paid for it.

Shakes and makes odd noise when pulling a cork. I've had several openers from other manufacturers that were much better and cheaper. I will be returning this.

Its not a very practical opener. Better to pay more and get one that works well with taking he cork out. Its not worth the 15.00

Worked for a month then battery would die halfway through opening a bottle. Extremely disappointed

Absolute junk. I've owned this wine opener for less than 4 months, recharging for hours on end and it no longer completely engages with the cork. It goes down a bit and just stops. A hand wine opener is a much better option than this thing. My previous Rabbit model lasted for over 5 years.

My last Cuisinart wine opener lasted about a year. Good produce with a bad battery.

Received this wine cork remover and it does what it says, gets the screw into the cork alright. But then once its in the cork you have to MANUALLY remove the cork yourself by pulling the cork out! Why wouldn’t the design it to also pull the cork out completely? I have no idea, returning it.
