Poor performance

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Appears wine opener either does not charge all the way or something else. The last 4 bottles we have opened, the opener stops half way through the cork and we have to use our manual opener to take the cork out.

Time i was ready tonuse it on the fourth time to open my bottle of wine It stopped working exactly 2 months after i purchased it. Right when the warranty expired. Geesh

My favorite and only wine opener!

Battery gave out after countless parties and celebrations. This product is a work horse in the house and won't disappoint like other brands I've tried and thrown away!
