My only real issue is that it doesn’t always toast as well as I’d like. Even on the highest setting I usually need to run it again for a short time. Otherwise it works great!

A little underpowered

Though, for those who want a good crisp toasted bagel or english muffin the unit is a little underpowered which requires a second toasting to get a crisp result.

Don’t buy

After using it for a few days it was apparently not this toaster. The slots are so small you have trouble getting a piece of plain sandwich bread toast out. The lever that is supposed to push the toast up barely helps. Two different times it would not let me change the dark/light settings. I returned it.
