Works great, easy to clean up. Definitely saves on dirty pans & stove top.

This grill cooks much faster than my old one. With the old one id put something on and forget it for twenty minutes. Now with this grill i actually have to pay attention to what im cooking.

I'll be honest I had higher hopes for it. The non-stick works great, sears really well, drains excess fat and oil from your pans which is awesome. However, the plates take forever to heat, the top heats twice as fast as the bottom plate. The hot spots are in the front of the plates. Also, I can't just turn on the bottom plate even though there is a setting to do just top or bottom heating. I have to have the dual setting on for both plates so they will heat. Took me 45 minutes to realize that the first time I used it. It works once it finally heats up but not a proficient as a griddle should be.

Very useful, was a gift for parents, and they love it!

Placed a thermometer gauge inside the plates to test it first time used. Warmed up to a searing 199 degrees when set to sauté setting which is the hottest this product even got on any setting.

So far so good. I haven't used it enough, yet, to give a full opinion but it certainly appears to be constructed very sturdy and has all the bells and whistles.
