Product is pictured with black plastic handle on bottom tray - which conducts heat better. Actual bottom tray inside box was all metal, so the handle doesn't conduct heat as well. Requested replacement from Cuisinart; they sent another all-metal tray. Cust serv "did not have a phone number" for the Ariz warehouse to tell them to send the plastic handle, so yes - they sent a third all-metal tray. I gave up.

Overall, a pretty good powerhouse toaster oven! I miss my other one for sure, but it died after 18 years sadly~ Just had to adjust to pulling it forward on the counter out from under the cabinets above and paper towel holder in the wall. It does seem to heat up hotter than my previous one, so I can see why~ Also have to let it really cool down and unplug it before pushing back in place. I love the black/stainless steel look like my other one and it fits perfectly!

The toaster worked fine for the first 6 months of use. A few minor design quirks, but I didn't expect perfection. After month 6, the door began to jam when one tried to open it. The mechanism that keeps the door open/closed was galling on the interior. Nothing we tried worked. Finally, in the 8th month, when trying to extract a bagel, I must have twisted the door a bit while pulling -- the door glass (safety-glass) exploded across the kitchen. While exciting, I didn't want that kind of crunch in my bagel. All in all, not a bad toaster except for the catastrophic door fail and early retirement to the trash heap. Sad.

Great value for the price....heats consistently, looks great with stainless steel and black exterior. Doesn't take up alot of space on countertop. The numbers and temperature settings are very small and hard to read.

Exactly what I wanted in a toaster oven. Good price. No frills. Small footprint, with all the interior room I need. Two drawbacks: Settings point on knobs are hard to see - should be highlighted; could use an available perforated pan for broiling and perhaps other accessory pans.

The item is made well. It's functions are easy to use and performs as expected. We have used it for many different items and are happy we purchased it.

I got this after my old cheap target toaster bit the dust. I burned the first thing I cooked because the old cheap one was really underpowered. Not so with this! It's awesome. Figuring out the options of sliding the grate and tray in and out is interesting and there isn't a timer except for toast. I love this toaster though.

Well built and sturdy, better than all the Toaster Oven I've ever owned and I have owned some high end brands, and that's all they had going for them was the Name. Performs well, only one flaw or lack of thought was the oven doesn't have adjustable feet for leveling. So make sure the surface you will be using it on is level as possible.

Perfect for under cabinet on counter top and cooks great.

This Cuisinart seems to be a great toaster oven and we have no complaints after a couple of weeks of use. I particularly like the pullout crumb tray. Our previous toaster oven was an old Hamilton Beach ToastStation, which was still working. However, that unit was difficult to clean. So there shouldn't be the "ode to charred crumbs" smell in our house anymore!

A great mimi oven a chime rings and auto stop for toast. However no timer for anything else and it will continue to cook unless you stop it manually. For less than $70 it works well though hard the clean to original shine unless thoroughly clean between each use.

We bought this on a daily deal. It would have been worth the full price. We bought this because our old toaster's level selector had worn off. We love bagels and toast, but also wanted the flexibility of being able to bake small things without having to turn on the big oven.

This little oven is great! Not to big, fits well on the counter. It has many features rolled into one. Only thing to watch is that it gets extremely hot on the outside. Make sure nothing is touching during use

I really like how small it is but is still able to fit everything that I've wanted. We have stainless steel appliances and it looks great in the kitchen without taking up much counter space. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great. The controls are simple and easy to figure out. However, if you've switched from a toaster oven that had automatic settings, it has a major learning curve that can leave your food warmed or charcoal.

Overall this toaster oven performs well for a middle of the line toaster oven. It has all of the basic features and a Bagel setting. The only thing missing is a timer when using the Bake setting/feature. The toaster oven is easy to keep clean.

This is a terrific piece of equipment Works beautifully I've never been more happy with my toast my Bagels and my English muffins. We also make our open-faced sandwiches with melted cheese absolutely wonderful we've used it for baking and broiling as well. Packed with features for a very reasonable price.

This is my first toaster oven. It has been great for heating leftovers and making grilled cheese sandwiches. Be careful with the temperature and how long you leave the item in the oven, it will burn food quickly. This oven is also easy to clean.
