The TOB-40 is the right size for a standard counter top and has basic functions and controls, just what's useful for our purposes for a toaster oven. We aren't trying to replace the excellent gas oven/range it sits next to. This Cuisinart works great so far.

Good price, toast well, baked potatoes , broiled well. 1 problem , the knobs are black, with no marking to help you to adjust settings. I find that frustrating,and yes I wear glasses. So it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

The look and size of this oven appealed to me. It toasts well and heats up leftovers nicely. Timer is quiet enough not to be annoying.Only thing I wish I had considered is the door opening down takes up counter space. Other than that very pleased.

Dials are a bit clumsy and you cant simply turn it off if your done and there is still time on the clock. Still a really good basic unit.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is used multiple times a day so she leaves it on her counter, it is attractive and blends in with her stainless appliances. It is big enough to cook almost anything, but not so big that it takes up a lot of space. Best toaster oven she has had!

It is easy to use, looks very nice, and functions well.

I purchased this appliance for my office. It is now used more than the traditional microwave for reheating/cooking food. This was a perfect purchase for the office and we could not do without it. Has many features for cooking from just toasting a bagel to cooking a pizza. Awesome addition to office.

Great features and a nice size oven to toast 6 slices of bread at once with nice even browning regardless of where bread is placed. I haven't used the highest heat setting yet but so far very happy with the oven.

This is a good basic Toaster Oven, my staff kill them quickly usually, but this one is holding up so far for a few months. The only issue is that it does not have a timer, did not realize it when I bought it, but we are dealing.

We had a toaster oven that we were not very happy with, it had a dial timer for the toast and was not very user friendly, too much time-burnt toast, not enough time warm bread. This toaster oven just has a button and a better way to set how you want your toast and functions the way we like.

Good value overall. Large size. The top gets a little hot. The toast settings don't seem to be accurate - setting to medium would burn the toast.

The little oven comes in handy when you're making something small and don't want to turn the big oven on and waste all that electricity. I'm still trying to figure out which heat setting works best with what but I'm getting the hang of it

We have only had the item for about a month, but so far we like it much better than our previous Toaster Oven. It paid off to pay more for this one. We were concerned it would be too large for the counter, but it fits just fine. We are still experimenting with dial/shelf settings, etc. but in general we would give the Toast function an "OK". The toast is sometimes a little "light brown" rather than our idea of "medium" - especially when there are several items toasting at once and somewhat depends on what "type" of item you are toasting. You can always re-toast the item if necessary, so we aren't concerned. However, we REALLY like how exceptionally easy it is to keep clean, and would definitely buy it again!

Cuisinart toaster oven replaces my old one. It has more features than my old one. I like the fact the the tray slides out like an oven does where the one I replaced did not. It is not over sized

had to replace my previous toaster oven because the door didn't fully close. this one is a step up because it is bigger. the door mechanism is different so it closes fully every time. now i don't have to heat the full size oven when i am just cooking a small one person meal.

The kitchen was being remodeled at our home, so we had zero access to the regular oven. So I decided to buy this little guy for my wife to hold her over. She loves it and now that our kitchen is fixed she still uses it more then the regular oven. Perfect for small meals.

What can I say, it makes toast brown and heats food well. The auto-open rack takes a little getting used to but overall functional to help getting to the stuff on the back of the rack. I like the size and can easily get 5 Eggo waffles on the rack.

Loved the simplicity of this toaster oven. Also, we are really enjoying the timer/beep when our toast is done!

This oven does its job well. It makes great toast, broils, and bakes superbly, Also it is very easy to clean. My one issue is that it is very difficult to see where the dials are pointing. I fixed this with a silver Sharpie.

Really nice toaster oven, and a key feature to point out is that with the push button "ON / OFF" for toasting, you do not have to readjust the darkness level or timer. Toasts exactly the same every time you use it.
