Some like their food hot, and this product helps, though we found it works much better when connected to an electrical source; merely watching it expectantly to heat food was ineffective otherwise. It looks attractive perched on top of our microwave, whom it has begun calling "Big Brother". When the unit is operated according to the owner's manual, conveniently printed in several different languages for those who happen to know those languages, it works as advertised.

Pretty good product. So far, it has been working pretty well and toast and bake pretty fast. Only thing I can complain is that, it does not come with timer function or switch. It only has the toast temperature from light to dark, which will turn off the power when desire toast setting is reached. Overall, I am satisfy with this product.

one of the best all around toaster-ovens that I've owned. fast heating and high powered at 1800 watts. others are 1200-1400 watts. for the price, it's the best .the only fault in the design that I can see is that the ribs on the tray are BELOW the end bar. this makes it difficult to remove toasted bread, you have to LIFT the slices up to get over the end bar. not a biggie, but a pain when you're toasting a cheesy slice,

I got this oven at a really good price through Best Buys. Shipping was incredibly fast and well packed. I love this oven. It heats up fast and even. The only thing I would change is the fact that the tray falls out of the oven when the door is open all the way. It's a hot tray so you could get burned if you aren't careful. Overall its a great little oven for the price.

It's an efficient oven. Heats up food quickly. It would be better if it had a timer in it.

We found out when we first used the oven that its bell announcing the completion of an action (toasting, in our case) is all but the same as our smoke detector's alarm...the dogs hightailed it for the closets. We've had to turn the toast setting to maximum and just turn the function off when the item toasting reaches desired color. Wish there was some way to deactivate the bell!
